Frankly this device is the biggest piece of crap I have ever bought. I have an up-to-date Mac and reinstalled all the drivers and changed USB cables but printing every single time is a chore. I have spent 25 years in the printer business with Lexmark and HP and this product is garbage. I am going to be requesting my money back because every time my family wants to print I have to jump through hoops to get a single page printed. Of course it is never easy to find someone live to speak with at HP anymore. They use employee volunteers to provide support in these forums.
